Skin Fade
The sides blend from bare skin up into the length on top.
- Sharp and high contrast
- Looks best for two to three weeks
- Choose how low or high it starts
Softer at the edges
Taper
Only the sideburns and neckline go short. The rest stays fuller.
- Suits the office
- Grows out gently over four to five weeks
- Book it as a Men’s Cut
For length and texture
Scissor Cut
No clippers, so the hair keeps its weight and movement.
- Good for hair over 5cm
- Keeps curls and waves under control
- Easy to style at home
Every cut includes
More than a quick once-over
A proper consultation
We look at how your hair grows and ask how much time you spend on it each morning.
Wash and style
A wash before the cut, and a finish with the product that suits your hair.
Neck shave
A clean razor line at the neck and around the ears on every cut.
Your barbers
Who does what best

Danny Okafor
Owner · Master Barber
Danny cut hair in Peckham and Soho for fourteen years before opening GentsLook in 2017. Sharp fades, afro and textured hair, and the shop’s hardest question: what actually suits you.

Callum Reid
Barber · Scissor Work
Callum came through a Glasgow apprenticeship and likes hair with some length to it: textured crops, grown-out styles and restyles for anyone ready for a change.

Marek Nowak
Senior Barber · Fades
Marek trained in Kraków and is the one the other barbers ask about blending. Clean skin fades, tapers and crops, and steady hands with nervous first-timers.

Yusuf Demir
Barber · Hot Towel Shaves
Yusuf learned the trade in his uncle’s shop in Izmir at sixteen. Cut-throat shaves, beard shaping and classic scissor work, and he’ll talk you through the finish if you want to keep it up at home.

Haircut questions
Before you book
How long will my haircut take?
Allow 45 minutes for most cuts, and 30 for a Clipper Cut. Your booking shows the exact time, and we’ll keep to it.
What should I bring?
A photo helps more than a description, especially for fades. Bring a few, ideally of someone with hair like yours.
Should I wash my hair first?
No need. We wash it for you on every cut except the Clipper Cut.
Can you fix a bad haircut?
Usually, yes. Book a Men’s Cut and tell us in the notes. The sooner we see it, the more we’ve got to work with.
